The secrets of Christophe' recipes:

Olive and ham cake with tomato sauce and basil and olive oil
"Gardianne de taureau" (bull stew) and its coloured rice
Local goat cheese (from the Barroux) and other cheese
"Clafoutis" with season fruit (season fruit cake)

Advance booking for meals is required for the evening of your arrival or in the morning for the evening. Served 5 evenings a week at 20:00 pm for the aperitif (except on Wednesdays and Sundays).

Exceptionnaly, this year, the Table d'hôte will be closed from the 8th of August to the 12th of August, from the 14th to the 16th of August included, each Saturdays, and certainly all the October month. Contact us to have more informations about open days for the guest house restaurant.
